About Me
Hello, I’m Jayne Hart, the founder of Brackenburn Consultancy. I have over 30 years experience in the legal sector and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer and Commissioner for Oaths in 2001.
In 2005, I established and successfully built a modern thriving law firm which I managed until recently. I have extensive experience not only in the conveyancing process but my expertise also spans running a law firm, regulatory compliance, process optimisation, staff training, marketing and business strategy, allowing me to bring invaluable insight to firms looking to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

With a strong background in compliance, including experience as HOLP (Head of Legal Practice), HOFA (Head of Finance and Administration) and MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer), I offer law firms a strategic and practical approach to meeting regulatory obligations while enhancing efficiency. Additionally, my experience in marketing and business development enables me to assist firms in expanding their client base, increasing revenue, and establishing a stronger market presence.

As a Commissioner for Oaths, I am also authorised to swear Oaths and Statutory Declarations and to certify evidence of identity for unrepresented persons involved in a conveyancing transaction using Forms ID1/ID2.
